Systems of interaction in the work of duos in the Martial Arts: Tai Chi Chuan/Tuishou and Aikido Applications in the field of health.

Martial arts throughout the 20th century have been developed as a means of strengthening and conditioning both body and mind between periods of war. Both Chinese and Japanese cultures have two types of traditional martial arts that serve this purpose. Taijiquan - with its Tuishou modality - and Aikido are respectively two exponents of these cultures clearly focused on this new spirit. Currently there is a germ of scientific studies dedicated to analysing the physical and psychological benefits applied to the health of both disciplines. This seminar will focus on analysing these aspects as a gateway to research.
