Workshop on Ethical Aspects in Scientific Research
Participation in a workshop on ethical aspects in scientific research. Doctoral students may participate in this activity from the second year of permanence in the program in the case of full-time students, and from the third year in the case of part-time students.
The objective of this activity is to teach the doctoral student, from an ethical perspective, the behavioral aspects required in the research process, both at the doctoral level and in collaboration with others. Moreover, emphasis will be placed on ethical measures, privacy policy and data protection law regulations for the research process.

El objetivo de esta actividad es enseñar al doctorando, desde la perspectiva ética, los aspectos conductuales que requiere el proceso de investigación, tanto a nivel como en colaboración con otros. Por otra parte, se hará incapié en las medidas éticas, la política de privacidad y la ley de protección de datos normativos para el proceso de investigación.
The profesor of this activity will:
- Provide all the necessary information so that the student can carry out the activity normally.
The tutor must:
- Validate the completed activity (with the certificate uploaded by the student) in Laurea Academic.
The doctoral student must:
- Attend the online workshop and carry out the activity correctly.
- Submit the assignment before the established deadline.
- At the end of the activity, submit the certificate of completion of the activiyt in Laurea Academic for its validation by the tutor.
The doctoral student can request recognition for attended workshops that focused on ethical aspects of research before admission to the program or during the program, while are authorized by the Academic Committee.
