Proper nutrition is fundamental for athletic performance. It also prevents and treats illnesses, slows down aging, and enhances performance in other activities such as studies or work. Dietary calories and nutrients should be individually tailored to each person's physical and mental needs.
Athletes' body types are often very specific and vary across different sports, and even within the same sport, differences can exist between positions and playing roles. Therefore, at the Research Center, we can analyze athletes' body composition in detail and create nutritional and/or physical activity strategies to help them achieve their goals and reach optimal performance levels in their sport. We also offer advice on nutritional supplements and ergogenic aids.
